SWAIA Indian Market

SWAIA will celebrate its 93rd annual Santa Fe Indian Market the week of August 18-24, 2014. This spectacular festival brings over 175,000 people to Santa Fe every August with its unique, exciting and inspiring events. Indigenous Fine Art Market
August 21st, 22nd, 23rd, 24th

IFAM is a celebration of native art and the cultures that inspire it. It was born out of a positive movement by artists who want a voice in how their market is produced. IFAM is a juried art show and will include only the highest quality artwork. Also featured will be different cultural performance stages representing tribal diversity. Coreen Cordova Trunk Show

After 35 years in the cosmetic industry where she ranged from owning makeup studios in San Francisco on Union Square, being a celebrity makeup and fashion expert on local and national television, and national spokesperson for the beauty division of a major US corporation, Coreen Cordova found a new inspiration; a passion for jewelry. While spending several months living in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico and enrolling in silversmith classes, Coreen Cordova decided that designing and manufacturing jewelry should be her "second act". Western Vintage Revival Trunk Show

Growing up in Southwestern Oklahoma on a farm, Jacque's first choice of recreation was always horses. When indoor activities prevailed she was enthralled with paper dolls but couldn't be happy with the outfits they came with. No ... she had to design her own, paint them, and cut them out to her specifications. Karen Wilkinson Trunk Show

Karen Wilkinson is a Santa Fe designer who creates a creative line of jackets and vests from vintage, Saltillo hand-woven sarapes and collectable Guatemalan fabrics. Lane Boots Trunk Show

Every day, we come to work hoping to do two things: spread our passion for boots and help make the world a little better. That was true when we created the first pair of Lane Boots in 2007, and it's just as true today. The story of Lane Boots begins as a business, not as a passion. We were little more than a broker of another company's closeout Western boots. That company needed boots and presented our founder, Patrick Lane, with the opportunity to supply closeouts. Zozobra
August 29th

Zozobra is staged each year by the Kiwanis Club of Santa Fe, as a fiery and exciting kick-off to the annual Fiestas de Santa Fe, during the first weekend in September, following Labor Day. Thursday evening, at dusk, the popular Zozobra event takes place at Fort Marcy Park, located just a few blocks from the historic Santa Fe Plaza. This is the annual ceremony of the burning of Old Man Gloom. Zozobra, the inspiration of artist Will Shuster, was introduced as part of the Fiesta events in 1926. READ MORE
